Which ParaEq Do You Need?

Both the ParaEq MK II and the ParaEq MK II Deluxe feature a low-noise, transparent signal path that is extremely versatile. With three fully parametric bands, you can simultaneously achieve broad tonal shaping and precise fine-tuning. The Deluxe will appeal to players who:

Why Parametric over Graphic EQ?

Graphic equalizers give you a convenient visual sense of the EQ curve, but there's a tradeoff in transparency and precision. Set to provide a boost, the ParaEq MK II Deluxe offers a much more focused adjustment, affecting only the targeted frequencies, while a graphic EQ alters a broader range of the spectrum and can unintentionally reduce other parts of the signal. That combination of transparency and precision is why studio control rooms are dominated by parametric equalizers.
